These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Selfbase (the "Service"), operated by Giffi OÜ ("Selfbase", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using Selfbase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. About Selfbase

Selfbase is a link-in-bio and personal page builder platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages, manage links and content, and share them through a single URL.

Selfbase offers both free and paid subscription plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) to use Selfbase.

By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You may register using:

Email and password
Third-party authentication providers (such as Google; additional providers may be added)

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
All activities that occur under your account

Selfbase is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or display on Selfbase ("User Content").

By using the Service, you grant Selfbase a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Service.

You represent that:

You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content
Your User Content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Selfbase to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Upload or distribute illegal, misleading, or harmful content
Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
Scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse the Service

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Selfbase offers both free and paid subscription plans.

All payments are processed by Stripe.
Selfbase does not collect or store payment card information.

Paid subscriptions may:

Renew automatically unless cancelled
Change in pricing or features with reasonable notice

Unless required by law, all fees are non-refundable.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
You misuse the Service
We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

Upon termination, your access to the Service and User Content may be removed.

Your use of the Service
Your User Content
Your violation of these Terms or applicable law

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
